ECSFA aims to empower young people in rural areas, especially females who are underrepresented in the science and technology sector by organising tech-based training and workshops for them to enable them to become innovators and leaders in the field of science and technology.
We understand the increased roles technology play in our modern world; hence, we support children and youth to appreciate how to solve complex problems using science, and technology. Also, we make provision for facilities such as Computer labs, Chemistry, and Physics labs for young people to properly enhance their learning, apply things learned and innovate. To ensure the program has a long-term impact, we carry the parents along in the entire process.
Further, we provide mentorship programs for individuals already in science and tech to aid in the advancement of their careers.
